I. Project Overview
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a rapid identification technology that has been rapidly developed in recent years. This project is the information automation project of Zhonghuan's intelligent factory. The intelligent manufacturing RFID logistics management system uses advanced RFID technology to collect the ingot path information in real time. Construct a dual-channel multi-level RFID / WIFI topology network to ensure the effective transmission of data and achieve seamless docking with the MES system, thereby achieving intelligent management of the entire system.

Demand analysis
  • Use the RFID tag management for the crystal rod, wire cutting base, AGV trolley, wire cutting machine, degumming jig, magazine, cleaning machine, film basket and sorting machine, one-to-one correspondence;
  • Use wireless network to accurately transfer the collected path information during the ingot processing to the server, and realize real-time interaction with the MES system;
  • The application management system needs to store, record and classify the collected data; use, manage and update the information of tags, card readers and relay routers;
  • The application management system needs to have rights management, log management, security audit management, and so on.
